PeakPulse is a fleet intelligence platform for small and medium fleets — live GPS tracking, driver insights, and compliance tooling, all powered by Teltonika telematics hardware. Here's everything you need to know to get your fleet online.
Every account in PeakPulse lives inside an organisation (we call it a "tenant"). When you register, we create the organisation and make you the first administrator — your data is fully isolated from every other customer's.
Trial: All new accounts start on a 30-day trial with the Professional plan unlocked, so you can explore every feature before committing.
On first login you'll be asked to enable two-factor authentication. PeakPulse supports two methods:
Scan a QR code with Google Authenticator, 1Password, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy. You'll be given one-time backup codes — store them safely.
Register a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or a hardware key) for passwordless sign-in. Faster and phishing-resistant.
Sessions time out after a period of inactivity, and repeated failed sign-in attempts are throttled and temporarily locked. If you ever lose access to your authenticator, contact your fleet administrator — full recovery steps are documented inside the app.
PeakPulse works with commercial Teltonika telematics hardware. Popular choices from our customers:
Compact 4G LTE Cat M1 / NB-IoT tracker. A reliable default for cars & vans.
Internal-battery plug-and-play OBDII unit. Fastest install — no wiring required.
Miniature 4G LTE OBDII device for quick fleet deployment with minimal footprint.
Once your account is created, the Devices page inside the app will show you the exact setup instructions for your organisation — including the correct endpoint to point your trackers at, IMEI provisioning, and how to bind each tracker to a vehicle.
Every account gets the Professional plan free for 30 days. After trial, pick the plan that fits:
You can enable or disable individual features in Features once signed in. You'll also be billed per vehicle, so there are no surprise user-seat fees.
Once you're signed in, the in-app Help & Guide (in the sidebar) has comprehensive walkthroughs for every feature — drivers, geofences, maintenance, reports, sharing live locations, DVSA walkaround checks, driver hours compliance, incident tracking, AI-powered custom reports, predictive maintenance, weekly fleet scorecards, and more.
